This title is optional. I chose to give it a title. In fact, the title chose itself. You can make a title as great as you want to. Otherwise, I would just let it choose itself and groove to the beat.

The first to show and last to leave.

The stomach that is almost empty yet still digesting.

The moment right before you sneeze.

The trickling in the nose when the cilia tickles your inner nasal passage.

The scratching feeling in the back of your throat the day after smoking a few too many (whatever your # may be).

The way the light looks right as it is turned on by a significant other, friend, partner, or roommate when you are sleeping/almost asleep/in deep thought.

The feeling of knowing you have a lot of time to study for an exam, know you’re not going to, and continue to let it hang over your head until the last minute, where you then act helpless, irrational for rational reasoning, of course, and continue to freak out doing almost everything except your aim of focus, studying for an exam in this case.

The churn in your stomach that says, “I really need to find a bathroom”.

The aroma that takes you back to your child hood.

The sound a toilet makes post flush refilling up with water.

The first thing you see/notice upon waking up.

The gems of life.

The unexamined.
